One thing I like to do while playing in a D&D game is sketch a character in the context of what's happening in the D&D game that he or she is in. For a new game I created (yet another) female human rogue, Vista Amberhand. During the first gaming session I sketched the drawing on the left on a 3x5 note card. Tonight, during the second gaming session I sketched the drawing on the right on another 3x5 card. We always keep 3x5 cards available when playing D&D, they're quite useful. I've been DMing so much lately I had forgotten how fun it was to play a character. Didnt really know Vista well when I began with her, but I like her so far. She's cute, but feisty and arrogant (and chaotic neutral). I look forward to drawing her again.
